We have stocked Abbott meters and strips for many years because there is a wealth of published, scientific data which validates their accuracy in cows against wet chemistry machines.
We can still supply the strips but the meters are now virtually impossible to find.
As a result, we have looked at other options and have found a suitable meter that performed well against the Abbott meters and strips in our own validation studies. The meters are robust and easy to calibrate with the added bonus of being cheaper than the Abbott ones.
